Who we are
We are the fire and rescue service for London and respond to a wide variety of calls from fires to road traffic collisions to chemical incidents. Further specialist training is also available in the form of fire investigation, fire rescue unit/ technical rescue, swift water rescue and more..
Our Team
We are based out of Heston & Isleworth Fire Station (G38) in the borough of Hounslow and currently operate a Pump Ladder, Pump and Fire Rescue Unit along with the possibility of support from other nearby stations (such as; LFB Heathrow, Twickenham and Chiswick). The watch is headed by a Station Officer and manned by both full-time and part-time firefighters, who are all trained up to the same level.
Description
